how car i act tell weither my clio has the cup suspension etc... and what is the exact differences between the normal 182 and a full fat one which i beleive i have?

It's to do with bolt spacings.

182 (without the cup suspension pack) = 54mm
182 (with cup suspension packs) = 60mm
