connecting after market stereo to 182 stalk audio control?

I just wanted to know if it was possible to connect an aftermarket stereo to the clio audio stalk it is a MY05 182 clio.

Any ideas if this is possible and more importantly how?

You can buy connector kits off ebay, not sure of the exact one
