considering my first renault...which will be a renaultsport...advice please

So I'm in a position where I want to sell the Leon fr tri dsg that I bought from New on a 2010 plate and switch to something faster and sharper....again.
A brief history of cars for me includes 3x integra type r's, plus an accord type r. Also a Westfield. with track driving done in all of them.

The Leon is great but I want to get back to something leaner and sharper....and possibly cheaper.

Rang local dealer and they tell me that twingo rs Silverstone gp is still available at £13500 list discounted from the list 15k price.
This is attractive enough and while not faster than the Leon it will be a sharper drive...
Thoughts please....
Being 5speed are they tiresome on a carriageway commute?
Can I get a bike in the back of a twingo? Wheels off obviously

Then I considered looking for a sub 12 month old Clio rs cup with recaro's. Similar price to the new twingo then. And a better drive again.

One question. The Clio shows co2 at 190 and a cost of 445 on the Renault website....surely its not 445 to tax it!?
Direct.gov website says 190 co2 is 245 to tax...sounds more like it to me..please advise though

Thanks in advance
Marty

I'm sure it's new rules out. Low power cars like diesel are free to tax for the first year. And high power cars are horrendous for the first year. Gives an incentive to buy lower power cars. Please correct me if I am wrong! Just I read that somewhere! Welcome btw ;)

Well I can understand the 445 as a one off new car tax. If it then reverts to the 245 figure I'll be happy. Let's see what happens when the dealer calls me back.

Excellent responses guys thanks. Local dealer has the twingo silvy GP in transit for me to look at, no obligation but his figures are attractive.
Rang harrats Wakefield today about a demo Clio 200 cup available at good price. Sadly it doesn't have the recaros but I'm still interested based on its price/spec
