constant knocking and vibrations

hi a little advice needed,

i changed the passenger side shock on the 182 as the old one had lost all its fluid and badly worn the trye (which still needs changing)

however now there is a constant knocking when driving which increases with speed so do the vibrations

when i changed the shock thw cv joint track rods and ball joinys all looked in good condition ect

could the tryre be causing the knocking? or could.it be the shaft ect due to having a proper working shock??

Could be engine or gearbox mount check the dogbone mount underneath first
