converting videos to play on iphone

I use Videora m8...seems to work really well and even plonks it into your itunes for you.

Handbrake looks good, but how do you then transfer the files across to the iphone? Mine says there are no rented movies to download?

Exactly what I'm doing, flight to the USA in a couple of weeks, sure they will have movies but want to have back ups.
