Coolant inside cabin

Hi guys, having an issue with coolant pooling in the passangers footwell. I was having a coolant isuue before but turned out to be the filler bottle, now thats sorted it hasnt lost any colant in since. So not sure if this is related in anyway? Got some pictures below any one know why this happened? And how the hell you remove the heater matrix.

This makes me very sad. Ill just take plenty pictures and just remove everything haha. Thanks.
