correct bolts?

hi, are these the correct bolts for my clio 172? its a ph2 running Turini's?

looking for same as standard size. just nice and fresh

standards i no are 19mm hex, and these are 17mm hex... but that doesnt matter does it? head size is still 20mm

They are the correct thread and seat angle. Is 24mm long enough though I can't remember.
