Correct Clio 200 Elf Oil

Can anyone tell me what oil Renault actually put in the Clio Sports from new?

I know its Elf, and fully synthetic, but thats it.

And maybe a link to somewhere I could buy it, or a good alternative?

Does anyone use Elf as recommended???

Did the 200's originally come with a "top up" bottle in a bag for the boot?

Yeah they did (Depending on if the dealer was feeling generous that day...)

It's a litre bottle with a renault branded tissue and paper funnel. Also has velcro on the bag so you can stick it to the side in the boot. Very handy.

Matt, Do you have one? If so is there any product numbers on/in it? i went into Swansea Renault this afternoon and the parts guy was running between his 2 computers and all the cars in the showroom trying to find one!!

I was just wondering myself what oil to use. Does the 200 use much oil? Going to get a litre of this to give it a top-up.
