Cost of adjusting speedo clock

How much am i looking at to get the mileage changed on a salvaged speedo at the dealers, my temperature dial has funked up.

Lol, thats the only issue i can see cropping up. Alternatively how easy is it to change the temp dial.

I've heard a place near me does them for about £70.

some garage i bought an engine off in liverpool said they could clock me any dials for £50. i declined lol!
