Cost of lowering..

can anyone give me a rough estimate of fitting new springs (not coilovers) on clio 1.4 extreme4? preferably want to lower it by about 40mm

£40~£90 depends where you go its takes about 2 hours if you've done it before, a load of people will do it for £40.

i paid 60 as i cudnt be bothered to do it myself

awsome cheers, any advise on springs? (considering i cruise between Ascot and Portsmouth weekly so dont want a pain in the arse by the time i make it home)
