cost to fit front top mount

how much is the front top mount on the suspension, been told by renault to gget it done but they want 87 pound for it,
they also want me to give them 117 to fix the back exhaust hanger, seen it online for like 23 inc vat, but can i fit the front mount myself and how do i do it, cheers guy's

£20 or so quid for the parts its not difficult to do.
Jack car up.
Remove wheel
Undo the top bolt which holds ths strup on
Undo the two bolts which hold the strut to the hub
Remove replace bolts and do the steps in reverse.

The top mount kit is around £55 for the parts, what exactly is wrong with your car ? has the bearing shattered?

no idea, just get a strange noise going over small bumps, dealer said it needed doing at 87 quid
