Could someone tell me what this rolling switch does?

Hello i am new to this forum. i probably have posted this post in wrong category. but could some one tell me what this rolling switch on the right side on the dipping headlight switch does?

I'd assume it's the dimmer for the dash lights.

Ooohh i didnt think about that. will have to try it at night. i tryed uploading picture from phone but had problem. thanks mate

it will be to either raise and lower your head lights when they are turned on or adjust the light brightness on your dash.

Yeaa i got one role switch that lowers and highers the headlights. then at the side of that i got another role switch. which im guessing is defo the dash light
