Could timing be out?

Hi,

I had my cam belt done about 3-4 months ago, when the engine gets warm it makes a whering noise, I took it to reno and they said the belt is just tight and nothing to worry about, has anyone else had this problem?

And can the timing be slightly out or would the engine not run at all as i still feel the car isn't as fast as it should be ?

I took it to reno and they said the belt is just tight and nothing to worry about


okay then...maybe it wont fray shread or snap. im assuming they re-tensioned this tight belt?
