How much oil for an oil and filter change? Do you use full or part synthetic? I do 3-4k a year do you think changing the oil annually is a waste of time and money and better just leaving it till the 24 month interval?

Fully synthetic 5W40.

It costs bugger all to change it yourself so if I was in your position I would change it every year
