Courtesy phone?!

My SE K800I has broken, you can guess why

Anyway its beyond a joke so I'll need to send it off for repair but dont have a back up phone, are o2 likely to give me one? And how can I get all the numbers onto the sim?

you can copy all numbers to the sim from:

contacts, options, advanced, copy to sim

o2 rented me a courtesy phone when I had a motorola fail on me years ago.

Says it replaces sim contacts by phone contacts though, dont want to delete half my numbers!

back up to memory stick then?

I have an old spare sim card I use for this sorta shizzle

they can give you a phone but you normally have to put down a deposit, plus the phone will be an old crap one. Also be wary they normally wipe clean the phone so backup any pics contacts games etc before hand just incase.

call up the number, they will send a replacement out via courier, just did for me anyway!

if you call the customer care line they will actually replace the phone for another instead of repairing your old one.
