crank shaft gasket

my valver has been loosing oil for quite a while now and i have been told that it might be down to the crank sharft gasket. Any one know how much this is gona cost me to get done and where i can get it done i also need a clutch at the same time. am i doing the car any damage by still driving it and checking the oil every day ?

could be the stem seals too is it burning or loosing oil?

crank shaft seal.
the stem seals maybe gone but the car is only on about 50k..
you got any blue smoke luke?

to check the crank seal turn the car on and leave it for a while, maybe reving it every now and then, this will obviously turn the crank and subsequently you may find a puddle off oil underneath your car

no blue smoke the sump has oil on it but never drips and dosnt look to bad. it dosnt idle great sits about 900 and can be a bit bumpy at times.
