Crashed Valver in Orpington...

Driving down the M25, cruising at 70, I got passed by a silver valver as we went by Clacket Lane, bloke driving with his missus in the passenger seat so they looked over and I acknowledged them by giving a quick wave. They dissappeared off into the horizon and I didn't think anything else of it, other than now I'll have to do a "spotted"...

So we get to orpington by pass and as we approach the BP garage there's a fire engine blocking the junction and the left hand side of the road. As we passed it there was the silver valver we had seen about 10mins earlier looking a bit mangled. Not sure what happened but my girlfriend says the front of the car looked a "bit bashed"... Hope they are both ok, sent a chill down our spines as we'd only seen them a little while before.

Anyone know someone with a silver valver in the orpington area?

No one heard about this??

This is the 4th time now that I can remember someone passing me at speed and then crashing much later on down the road. The first two times it was Lotus's and the time before this it was a BMW. Anyway hope no-one was hurt. Oh and before anyone jumps to any conclusions, I have no idea how it happened, I must have been at least 10 mins behind him... We just saw the mangled car behind a fire engine.

I had some piece of s**t citroen van sat on my bumper when i was driving to Bournmouth over easter, despite the fact that i was making good progress in the outside lane. Moved over and let him past, thinking "yeah, your vans so rapid isnt it mate". 20 mins later the traffic grinds to a halt, police undertaking on the hard shoulder etc. Get to the front of the jam - theres the citroen....with a lorry in its arse

We had a Black BMW pass by us on the M27 yesterday too, it must have been doing 150mph + ... unbelieveable, really thought we'd be stopping later on to scrape him up. After seeing the lotus's crash I would NEVER get in one...
