Creaking Noise - 172

Sometimes in traffic when I pull away or move the steering wheel slightly when stationary, I have noticed a creaking noise coming from the passenger side of the car.

It sounds a bit like the dashborad creaking, but it sounds like it's coming from under the floor.

Any one got any ideas?

mine used to do it. turned out to be track rod ends.

How much did it cost to sort it out?

naff all. bout 10 per track rod end and another 10 each to fit. so about 40 snots.

I've also got a creaking noise, but it only creaks when I turn the wheel full lock and when I am stationary. Do you think these could be linked?
