creaking noise ?

hi there, just brought a 182 and have noticed a creaking noise only when in first gear and when going slow ie over speed humps, im thinking it could be a drive shaft, when it creaks im feeling it through the the clutch pedal, anyone else had this cheers in advance

cheers bud do you feel it when you come off the power in first as if you were coming up to speed humps, its fine when going over bumps in road at speed just when going slow in 1st, i see a few people on here with similar symptoms saying its a loose steering rack ????

mine is when setting off slowly turning and at speed humps

mine does it too lol! sometimes its only when its first started up its really loud when set off, then it just does it when turnin the steering wheel! gettin it looked at next week!

mine was the ARB bushes, the bolt had snapped in one of them and was causing a knocking and a creaking when on full lock.

i had/have the same symptoms. slight creaking noise when pulling away at slow speeds and braking from say 10mph to 0. also when turning the wheel to parallel park. thought it was the top mounts so i got the washer that sits underneath the mount, raising it. nope still does it. the took it to renault, they said arb bushes so i had that done by them. nope still does it. im thinking it could be a buggered front shock and as im purchasing coilovers soon im hoping it will delete that. its bloody annoying though!
