Creaky steering!

I have a 2005 Mk2Ph2B clio dynamique. When i got it back in feb the steering sounded a little noisy but nothing to worry about. I got the car lowered about a month ago and it has now gone from a slight noise to a really annoying creak! The car is on lowering springs and i have no idea how to solve this problem.

PS the car has only got 25k on it, its not as if its had a hard life!

steering rack has gone dry i expect, u need to pull back the boots on the rack and spray loads of grease in them. quite common on electronic pas
