Creating a login form

I've had a mental block today, and can't for the life of me work this thing out

Example

Website 1 Page: is a normal webpage, with info on.
Website 2 Page: contains a login form.

I want to put a form / login area on website 1, that when filled in, posts the details into website 2's loggin area, and submits, logging in.

How?

More details? Are you needing the backend of this done too or are you simply (from what I understand) passing details form one form to another? Post/get?

The backend is already done on website2, it's purely a post.
