Croft 29th June 2008

First track day today. Was at croft with the RS owners club even though most of the cars on the track weren't Fords lol :clown:. Had a really good day with me and my brother sharing track sessions throughout the day. The car coped very well and lasted the whole day with no faults. The brakes were sharp with no fade and the Yokohama parada tyres lasted and will last for another trackday. As it was our first ever track day our first couple of sessions were abit uneasy but once we had a few laps it was really started to come together. Was very surprised with how fast the clio went and just how well it kept up with other cars on the straights.

I still can't believe Croft don't advertise an event of this scale properly. Must have a made a fortune off it. I expected to see a GT40 too

Was a really good RS owners day tho. I really enjoyed it.

Best bit of the day was sitting in the drivers meeting and seeing 2/3 blokes taking pictures of the 172, when it was parked between alot of expensive ford metal and the odd EVO
