Cruise control

My cruise control on my 182 does always work it's intmitant. The speed limiter always works with fail.

And yes I always try it above 32 mph...

Is it a common problem?

Any dash lights? The barke pedal fault can cause the CC to stop working. Or the dash switch sometimes pops out and self cancels.
