cruise control

I was 1 of the (lucky?) people to get cruise as standard on my 53 plate 172. and on the way to beverley (on a private road) i decided to see wot it would do.

123mph is the answer. A few of us discussed this and the only reason we can see for this speed is it is approx 180k/h.Why that is significant im not sure. Any1 know the correct reason?

maybe you want to cruise at 123mph on the autobahn..

maybe 123 just looked better than say 119 or 122??

surely theres a good reason??

123 mph = 198KPH so probably limited to 200kph for some reason

yeah i just worked it out as 198 not 180 so your prob right.
