Cup alternator setup

Mornings all...
I recently had a new 110 alternator fitted as mine let but since I run turbo ac in my car is completely irrelevant. It’s fully charged but doesn’t blow that cold I assume this is do to the turbo near pipes etc
If I run a cup set up/pms delete kit would I be able to retain my new alternator or would I have to downgrade to the 90 version? Any help would be great thanks.
 
The 90 amp is the cup alternator and doesn't fit on the pms set up. They are physically different.

But yours will be fine anyway.
