* Auto lights
* Spare wheel
* Traction/ESP system
* Normal thickness glass
* Heat Reflective/Sound deadning windscreen

get a second hand mk1 (in blue,best colour) take the drivers manual out of the glove box to get similar weight to the cup and the weight/performance diff is virtually zero,+ save yourself £1000s,if you have a puncture you can actually fit another wheel!!!,if any one needs a lift in the back theres a seat not a vinly plank,you can put 6 cds in at once,if its wet in an emergency you can steer and brake,err on the motorway you wont go deaf from no sound insulation,better head lights,.........
if you want a car that looks the dogs nadgers(which it does),out corners/handles far more expensive cars,still does 35mpg etc,,,,
get a cup!!!!! if only i didnt do 20000 motorway miles,and have a moaning wife! id have one over my mk1 in a flash,,![]()
What problems?Quote: Originally posted by Gary Brown on 30 July 2003
Yes, every millimetre counts you know, or at least thats what I keep telling the mrs. And the camber angle is different on the cup, hence all the problems us cup owners have which you 172 owners dont.
Just quoting the crap from the brochure mate...Quote: Originally posted by _KDF on 30 July 2003
