Cup heater box conversion

Basically I want to strip as much weight as possible from my 182 which has got AC and I'm in the process of removing the the whole aircon system (cup alternator etc).

I can obviously just remove the AC components from the standard heater box and put it back together but I'm just wondering how much work is needed to swap to a cup heater box and control panel, what else would be needed? Would I need a new interior loom or could I use what's there at the moment?

Any help from anyone who gas done this or is in the know about the system would be appreciated please

The Cup blower won't work with the FF loom. Not sure if converting the engine loom to Cup would. I should know in the next few weeks when I remove my ABS and fit a Cup engine loom.
