just picked my car up from the garage yesterday (2003 172 cup) and boy is it fun have to say its the first car to scare me a little when you floor it

no ill take care i used to have a FTO Type R That was fun but no match for the clio.

i used to have some years ago the old clio 1.8 16v till a bus crashed in to me @ 45 mph as i was waiting at lights, can tell you clio vs bus is not a good thing.

as for tunning already fitted a ITG fillter not bad for only having the car 3 hours. next back box? or leave alone?

Got the filter also, does the job nicely.

I was thinking of going for a custom cat back next, but not sure whether to go Powerflow or not, some people have said theyre so good, others say theyre crap!

Power flow

well i have had a power flow on my FTO -puma - and- cooper

and can say they are amazing the quality is 1st class and on all of the above cars made a great dif, you can also choose the noise level.

I had just a nice deep rumbble

Only thing i will say is some rush them and fit them on the piss!

So do what i did and tell them how much below the cut out you whant it to hang,and how far to stick out etc

PS TYRE PRESSURE? mine was on 30 front and 32 rear

ive changed it to 34 front 32 rear is that about wright?

Ive a superchip + Viper.. getting zorst soon.. would it make much difference adding Hill power cams?.. cheers mate
