Cup near Barnet College

I was on the train going from Luton Airport Parkway to St Pancras this morning and spied a Mondial Blue 172 Cup on the road just outside Barnet College, it was around 8ish.

Anyone from here?

Somewhere on that line that runs parallel with the M1 before it joins the North Circular.
