Cup seats

Car  secret
Firstly just to make sure these will fit a ph1 172?

Secondly, how much lighter are the cup seats compared to my standard ph1s. What r my seats worth if i sell them? There in good used condition

Any help much apriciated

James

The weight loss will be tiny.

They'll fit no problem but it's really a pointless job. You'd get maybe £80 for your seats.

They look horrible for a start and they offer no support. Much better to buy some aftermarket seats if you're going to change.

What he's (^^^^) said

there is no lumbar support in the 172Cup seats...the 182Cup seats look like they're from a 1.2 and it really is pointless . I had a 172Cup and didn't appreciate how bad the seats were until I got the 182.

If you're that interested in saving weight...then fixed bucket seats are the way to go...the only real weight you'll save in a 172Cup seat is the lack of airbag and the materials/lumbar support.

Hmm i wanted to keep the standard look but with added weight loss. Didnt realise they would b that bad lol
