cup spoiler

recently fitted a cup spoiler on my 182 and brake light is not working have since bought a new light and still no joy any ideas on why its not working?

I just looked it up on google and it said that -

If you are fitting this product to a non 'Cup' Clio you will need to modify your loom/connection to the brakelight, a simple modification which can be carried out by any confident car enthusiast, should you be unsure, please consult a qualified auto electrician, garage or Renault dealership.

the plug on the cup spoiler fits into the existing connection but does not work

yer the cup spoiler do plug into the same connection but just doesnt want to work

modification that may be needed is - change the polarity (the wires on the spoiler) round as the brake lights are LED's IIRC
