cup springs?

Just got some cup springs for £40.00 for my 172 2002, just wondered how much lower they are than the standard 172 springs and much firmer? basically are they that much different or not?

3mm not much diff, you need the dampers really aswell

new dampers, i shouldnt think so for the sake of 3mm, 30mm maybe but wont really affect my dampers at all!
