Cup - Throttle response

Driving the Cup over the weekend when I noticed a difference in throttle response when in fourth gear. In gears 1-3 the response is immediate but in fourth there seems to be a dead band for the first couple of cms of travel. As anyone else experienced this? I would nt mind a reply before I take the car into Renault to be looked at.

GOT THE SAME PROBLEM IN MINE..ITS GOING IN NEXT WEEK FOR A PRO LOOK BUT I HAVE NOTICED IT ONLY SEEMS TO HAPPEN IN LOW REVS.ABOVE 4000 AND IT IS FINE..WHEN I FIND OUT MORE I WILL LET YOU KNOW

Ive noticed this too - just at low revs though.

I remember one of the threads about the Renaultsport upgrades mentioning that this flat spot is removed with the new ECU.

If Renault know about it maybe theres an updated engine map for the original ECU?

BTW Im in Berkshire.
