Cutting a recess in bumper for exhaust

Whats the best tool to use ?

I have a scorpion system to fit to my clio 172 and i think i will probably have to cut a recess in the bumper possibly.

coping saw with some small sharp teeth on it mate

cut it as best you can to what you want, then put a cut out surround on it to tody it up can get some nice carbon ones

oh yeah, i would use the cut out surround thing as a template so you know it would fit

yeah i was looking to put a carbon trim on it, just to make it look alittle better.
