Cutting cold feed hole on strut location.

I`ve fitted a BMC CDA straight off the TB and to make my cold feed as direct as possible I was going to cut a 70mm diameter hole through the chassis directly opposite the TB so that i can get cold air from where the suspension spring is. Will this location compromise the chassis strength?

YES

This is a bad idea for all sorts of reasons

Really wouldn't recommend it, especially being so close to the strut.
