Cutting out starting problems electrical

  182 Sport
Hi just signed up so be kind.
I've got a 2005 Clio Sport 182 and it has an electrical fault where sometimes it wil start then cut out added to this if the headlamps are switched on whilst driving the engine cuts out and stalls.
The car had other issues which have been resolved with replacement rear light clusters and cleaning the earths on the rear panel.
There are no faults stored in any of the modules (previously had brake light switch fault switch replaced)
Before I realised the headlamps being on was causing part of the problem the car has had:
Fuel rail with injectors
Fuel pump
Throttle body (resolved unstable idle)
Crank sensor
Rear light clusters (sorted fog warning lamp flashing)
Brake light switch

To clarify currently may start run and then cut out this can happen 4-5 times then will drive fine.
If head lamps are switched on manually from the switch 8 out of 10 times instant loss of power and engine cuts out.

The car seams to have an electrical / earth problem has anyone had a similar issue?
Any wiring diagrams for the head lights and other earth points?

Thanks

just check the main earthing points on the chassis, so front slam panel near battery, inner arch on same side (strap to gearbox) and also check the internal ones to bottom of a pillars under the plastic trims in front footwells

Thanks.
I've cleaned up the front panel and gearbox earths I removed the trim on the A pillars couldn't see any earths there?
Just a case of testing it now.
If you have any pics of the earths on the A pillars let me know.

I am assuming you probably have, but have you measured the voltage between the terminals with the car running without the lights on and then with them on. Everyone of these clios I seem to buy has an alternator issue!!! Also not sure if this is a fault that could be caused by a dodgey circuit board in the UCH.

How would I check the UCH is causing a problem?
I'm hoping to have a look again on Monday and I'll re-check the battery and alternator I'm pretty sure we checked early on and everything was good. Thanks

OK re-checked the alternator charge rate with lights on and off all good.
Any further suggestions before I burn it to the ground......

It's not the battery (it's had one not for this issue)
Not sure why FFS?

Because it`s an intermittent electrical problem caused by a voltage drop under load?
Even a new battery can be faulty, rule it out by getting a drop test done.
As an after thought, is the trip computer constantly resetting every time the car cuts out?
