CUTTING REAR BUMPER FOR EXHAUST TO SIT BETTER

Hi have a cup 172 putting a stainless exhaust on ive read about cutting the rear bumper for the exhaust to sit better what goes round the cut out bit to protect from the heat of the back box thanks

i would have thought you would just buy a 182 exhaust trim, i think ktec sell em
