Cutting rear bumper

I am going to fit my twin exhaust onto my 1.2 2003 clio shortly!, it has a 3'' tail pipe, i was wondering what would be the best way to go about cutting the rear bumper into a semi-circle shape for the exhaust to sit up into?

what tools you got?

can use loads of things.. airsaw, hacksaw, dremmel etc

whats the best mate which wont make a mess of the bumper? any methods so it wont chip the paint or crack the bumper

at work we use an airsaw which dont do any damage. but if you mask out the semi circle with tape you can dremmel it pretty easy too

i cut mine out with a diegrinder then just finished off the semi circle shape with a flap wheel in a drill
