Grrr. Last week i noticed a split in my CV boot. So i replaced it. And now it's split again, but worse. Grease everywhere. Last time i changed it i couldn't get the drive shaft free from the hub, so i took it out the box instead. Which meant i had to change the oil. Now i'm going to have to replace the boot again, but i don't want to do it on a weekly basis because it will get expensive, gearbox oil. I'm going to try and free it from the hub, but it's a pain. Is it best to just replace the drive shaft, so it has a OE boot. Or is it just possible i bought a crap boot? Thanks.
