Cydia - Hash sum mismatch error

Anybody have this issue? I've just jailbroken my iphone 4 (4.2.1) with greenpois0n and it all went smoothly.

Now trying to install the SBsettings extension but when I do I get the 'Hash sum mismatch' error.

The bar at the top has changed from the original apple grey to a translucent one, but I cannot swipe it to access any of the apps features, so I'm guessing it hasn't installed properly.

Any ideas what to do?

Uninstall and try again? Restore and try again? Both guesses.

I've never had a problem.
