Damaged/melted fuse box

Got in the 172 this morning, put the heater on to clear the windscreen and the motor cut out. Tried it again but to no avail.
Did a bit of investigative work and found the 30amp hadn't so mech as gone but had melted the receptacle it sits in and also damaged the fuse behind it.
I suspect it could be a blown heater motor that's shorted out, that's not so much the big issue as I can get one of those fairly easily.
I'm having real trouble trying to get the gree receptacle the fuse sits in, Renault only sell it as part of the full loom, obviously that's totally impractical .

Does anyone have any ideas where I can get one from?

Cut the green plastic off and get one of those crimp on spade terminals, id crimp and solder it to be safe.
