damaged sump

Dear all,
my first time on this forum please welcome me as i need some help my wife was coming home late one night and she hit something metal in the road and it has cracked the sump, is it easy to put a new one,on ,your help would be very greatful thanks phil:dead:

need details of the car, mk1 clio i priced up earlier was something stupid like 6 hours labour

some models you can lift the engine up slightly to wriggle the sump out but some its to tight and easier to drop the subframe off. As above what car is it?
