Dash light & diagnostic readings

This light came on my 1.5dci Last week :-

Finally got into a garage and this is the outcome: -

Any ideas what these mean & the cost to have it put right?

Im not for one leaving things broken, so need to get it back in & sorted after the easter weekend.

Did the garage not tell you how to fix it or offer to fix it for you? Hope it's not too expensive for you mate
