Dash Lights

Righti have seen a thread on here some where but i just can not find it.
I know some one that was in blackpool who changed there lights from red to blue with the dials from black to white.
Is there anyone in nottinghamshire... that is able to do this?
If not who can do it an where are you from plus how much would i be looking at and obviously how much time would be need'd?

The red'ish back ground is truly getting on my tits (not that i have any).

yea orange red, ya knew what i meant.
Im colour deficient, orange/red blue/purple green/yellow not all of them just some of the shades
