dash removal

I've tried to fit a cheap hands free phone unit to the air vent, as I tried to remove it it has pulled out some of the fins, how much of the dash do i need to remove to get to the back to sort the problem?

erm , i nocked some of mine in, try some tweasers , depends which ones , u got n e pics

it's now virtually all but one of them and I've tried tweezers and pliers with no luck. No manuals to look at and not sure how to get to behind the vents?

full top dash out im affraid then , is it a end one or a center one.

its the vent in the middle next to steering wheel. Think I'll take a look tomorrow. Thanks for the link.
