Where is the fuse for the dimmer switch thing for dimming the dash lights???

Think mine is broken......thing wont work

Have made sure the plug on the back has not worked loose?

yep.....What happend was a live wire touched the side of the unit....obv sparked and now it no worky

so pretty sure either the unit it shot or there is a fuse tucked away somewhere.....

I have just looked at the wiring diagram i have and it says its on the same fuse as the central locking etc F21 5amp fuse. Just one other thing, have you checked that its earthed?

Tbh if your dash lights still work i'd have thought it would be the unit that was shot, not a wiring or fuse problem.

did you have yer ignition turned on when you were mesin with the wires?
