Yes they are 15"... and the tyre size 195/50/15... that's the maximum tyre size that Renault here in Portugal gives to the non-sport clios.

Yes it's missing some stuff on the lower grill

About the xenon, ain't got yet the original one, just a conversion hid kit 6000k.
