De-cat 172 ph1

Is the 172 ph1 cat restrictive or should i leave alone, replacing the exhaust as the choclotate Renault one has fallen off from the back box, just dnt no if to get a de-cat while im there??

I've driven a mates ph1 with a decat and remap and it certainly feels more responsive over my std ph1, mostly lower down.

Also would you happen to be between 50-70 years old?

my backbox fell of the other day, but im just going for the ktec stealth for now as i cant be bothered with having to switch it for mot day

I like mine better without the cat Insert was blown out throu back box after 160000km anyway

Reason i asked was i often see an elderly man driving an exclusive about colchester
