It will need to be custom made. Or as Bio says take it off, trolley jack handle down it and whack away at the insides with a hammer, et voila.

Don't be silly, get one custom made, I did, cost me £70 from a powerflow place.

Sounds the nuts once it's done, you won't be dissapointed.
