I've got a decat on and my engine management has NOT come on, so your blanket statement is wrong

ye, but what if i get the light on how can i get rid ov it ?? cz dont really wont the Engine Managment light on ... i saw sumwere on here that if u leave 1 sensor in or summin it make the light go off, u think i can find dat thread now

I've got a decat on and my engine management has NOT come on, so your blanket statement is wrong

Mine hasn't come on yet aswell, but apparently they do after awhile.

Yes it will fit the standard exhausts system and you will gain a little more power and a little more noise depending on whether you choose the straight through or silnenced version.

Right i got the car back 2day with the de-cat, and iv only got 1 word to describe the noise Utterly S**T .. the noise is horrible and it sounds like a f**ked up Cavalier,

1, Will the noise change after a certain amount ov miles ?

Is it worth upgrading the back box and gettin a 3/4" exit onit to get some bettern oise out of it? or should i put the cat back on ?

lol, sum1 answer theese questions as i jst got mine fitted today and have got to say it sounds crap!

you have to think do i want more poke and loads of noise or no noise and not so much poke, if you want full power then a straight through pipe is the answer, but if you dont then keep it standard with the cat and back box.You cant have both

am seriously considering a ktec stealth system now, would this give poke?
if no.. how about with the decat bolted on to it?

and if u recommend gettin decat on it, please tell me it will sound better as at the moment it sounds like something is wrong with my exhaust system its that bad. its a rattle!

no it's not... most come on , you have just got a weird car running too lean :rasp:

could some one tell me if the decat would sound any better if i got a K-tec stealth system on the end of it? or would it jst amplify the nasty sound? if thats the case i'm goin stick the cat bak on when i get the exhaust... someone help.

lol, yeah better throttle response, think you notice it more top end hit limiter a few times lol
